Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed Oreos

Oreos and Batter

  • Oreo cookies Double Stuf or regular
  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • oil for frying vegetable or canola

Optional Toppings

  • powdered sugar for dusting
  • chocolate sauce for drizzling
  • whipped cream for serving

Instructions
 

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until creamy. Fold in crushed Oreos. Chill for 15–30 minutes.
  • Twist Oreos apart, add a spoonful of cheesecake filling to one side, then reassemble. Freeze stuffed Oreos for 30 minutes.
  • Whisk pancake mix and milk until smooth. Let sit a few minutes to thicken.
  • Heat oil to 350°F. Dip each stuffed Oreo in batter and fry 2–3 at a time for 2 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
  • Dust with powdered sugar, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.

Notes

Freeze stuffed Oreos before frying for best results. Try different Oreo flavors for fun variations. For a lighter version, air fry at 375°F for 5–7 minutes.
