  • 4 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups ginger ale or lemon-lime soda
  • ice cubes
  • whipped cream optional, for topping
  • marshmallow bunnies or peeps for garnish
  • colorful straws and sprinkles optional

Instructions
 

  • Chill all liquid ingredients in advance. Slice any fresh fruits and prepare garnishes.
  • In a punch bowl, combine pink lemonade and pineapple juice. Stir gently.
  • Add ginger ale or lemon-lime soda. Stir gently to preserve fizz.
  • If using, scoop rainbow sherbet into the punch bowl. Let it melt slightly for a creamy layer.
  • Top with whipped cream, sprinkles, and float marshmallow bunnies or peeps. Serve immediately.

Notes

To make it ahead, mix lemonade and pineapple juice in advance. Add soda and ice just before serving. For adults, consider adding vodka or champagne — just be sure to label it!
