Instructions

  • Add ice cubes and blend for 45–60 seconds until creamy and smooth.
  • Adjust consistency with more milk or fruit as desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen fruit for a frostier texture. Add spinach or protein powder for extra nutrition. To make a smoothie bowl, reduce milk and top with fruit, nuts, or granola.
