Donuts

  • 6–8 glazed donuts store-bought or homemade

Peanut Butter Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream adjust for consistency

Optional Toppings

  • melted chocolate for drizzling
  • crushed peanuts
  • powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Slice each donut horizontally into two even halves using a serrated knife.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream. Mix until light and fluffy.
  • Transfer filling to a piping bag or zip-top bag. Pipe onto the bottom half of each sliced donut, then top with the other half.
  • Drizzle with chocolate, sprinkle peanuts or powdered sugar if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 2 days.

Notes

Customize with Nutella, flavored donuts, or mini versions for party platters. Filling can be made in advance and stored refrigerated for up to 2 days.
