  • Baking Tray
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients

Filling

  • 1 lb thinly sliced steak ribeye or sirloin
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese mozzarella or provolone
  • optional additions mushrooms or hot peppers

Breadsticks

  • 1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup extra shredded cheese for topping

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a skillet. Sauté bell pepper and onion for 3–4 min. Add sliced steak and cook until browned. Season and stir in cheese. Let cool.
  • Roll pizza dough into a rectangle (¼ inch thick). Cut into pieces approx. 4×8 inches.
  • Spoon steak filling into the center of each piece. Fold and seal. Place seam-side down on parchment-lined baking tray.
  • Mix melted butter with garlic. Brush over each breadstick and top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 min or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Let the filling cool before stuffing to prevent soggy dough. Use parchment for easy cleanup. Try variations like chicken, mushrooms, or hot sauce. Freeze unbaked for later use.
