Ingredients
  

Brownie Layer

  • 1 box chocolate brownie mix plus eggs, oil, and water per package

Pudding Layer

  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • green food coloring to desired shade

Whipped Cream Layer

  • 1 container whipped topping like Cool Whip
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Optional Toppings

  • green sprinkles
  • chocolate shavings
  • crushed Oreos
  • mint candies

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare brownie mix as per instructions. Bake in greased 9×13 pan and cool completely. Cut into cubes or crumble.
  • Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thick. Add green food coloring and stir until well blended.
  • In a large trifle dish or clear cups, layer brownies, green pudding, and whipped topping. Repeat layers until full, ending with whipped topping.
  • Top with sprinkles, chocolate shavings, Oreos, or mint candies. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best made a day ahead to allow flavors to meld. Use homemade brownies for a richer dessert. Store covered in fridge up to 3 days.
